We have made available a ‘beta’ version of the China Government Employee Database – Qing (CGED-Q) 1900-1912 Jinshenlu public release that includes data and documentation. The release consists of 638,152 records of 50,049 officials (based on our linkage) recorded in 43 quarterly editions. The final, formal release will be in October. Until then, we will be updating data and documentation as problems are identified.
