With the opening of the East Coast Boardwalk in January 2026, it is now possible to walk from Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter, including the Tam Kung Temple, all the way to Kennedy Town, along the waterfront. We finally walked the entire way in April 2026, and brought our cameras. I’m posting photos from different sections in separate galleries. This is the first installment, from Shau Kei Wan, starting from Exit D1 of Shau Kei Wan MTR just before sunset, passing by the Tam Kung Temple, and then heading east along the waterfront.
