In late December 2019, after spending some time in Takamatsu and Shodoshima, we visited Kotohira before heading to Osaka. While in Kotohira we visited the famous Kotohira Shrine. This was at the top of a hill and required a lot of stairs. It was quite lovely and luckily the weather was very nice.
